An annual payment of 15d, payable as specified by ('de') David le Hare ('dictus le Hare') for 9 acres of land lying in the holding of Ickham and in the tithing ('borgha') of Well in a field called 'Duneshamme', with the land of Andrew pyknoth to south, the land of Thomas of Cooting ('Cotynge') to north, the demesne of the court of Adisham to east and the land of the heirs of Roger de Tremfeld' to west. The payment is for the anniversary of 'Dominus' Robert of Ludlow ('lodelawe') [to be celebrated?] in the chapel of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the nave of the cathedral and is to be received by the keepers ('custos') of the anniversary.
