An annual payment of 18¾d and 1 cock free rent for the anniversary of Mgr Robert of Ludlow ('Lodelawe'), payable by the heirs of William de medgrave, the heirs of John beryng' and Hamo Svith ('dictus Svifth'). Payable for land lying at 'Duneshamme' in the holding of Ickham with the land of Luke of Higham ('heygham') [in Littlebourne] to south and the land of Andrew pykoth to north, land lying at 'Northbrome' with the land of Thomas of Cooting ('Cotynge') to south and the land of David Champeneys to north, and land lying at 'Dunehamme' with the priory's land to east and the land of Andrew pykoth to west. Payable as specified, to the keepers ('custos') of Robert's anniversary in the chapel of St Mary in the nave of the [cathedral] church. For this the priory has also paid 12s as a gersum fine.
