1½ acres of land lying at Seaton ('Setene') in Ickham, with the priory's land to east, the watercourse running to 'dudmelne' to west, Hamo's land to south and the land of Thomas le Cupere to north. For an annual payment of 2½ seams ('summa') of palm-barley as specified, payable as specified at the priory's manor of Ickham. Right of distraint if payment in arrears. Priory's part of indenture.
