8 acres of land which he bought of John son of John of 'Burgham', lying in the vill ('villa') of 'Burgham' in the holding of Ickham ('ykham'), of which he held one part of the priory and the other of the heirs of John of Well [in Ickham]. For an annual payment of 1d as a quit-rent ('forisgabulum'), payable as specified upon the same holding. For this the priory has also paid 8 marks as a gersum fine. No date.
