For an annual payment of 12d, payable as specified to the treasurers of Canterbury Cathedral Priory for 5 virgates of land lying 'atte Gore' in the field called 'Cotmannevelede', which land he granted to Ivo by his charter. He charges his capital messuage lying next to the forestall of Ickham with the king's highway to south and the priory's land to north with the payment and gives Ivo a right of distraint if he fails to honour his obligation. For this Ivo has also paid 20s as a gersum fine. Dated 44HenIII, no month.
