The priory has granted the abbot and convent all its possessions in Ireland for a payment of 625 marks, which the abbey has paid, and an annual payment of 10 marks, payable in the church of Bath Abbey ('Battonia'). At the abbey's request, the priory has issued letters patent about the payment of 625 marks for the abbey's security. The abbey promises that it will not provoke any wrong or grievance because of the letters. No date. [Date: other documents relating to the grant of the priory's Irish estates to Tintern Abbey.]
