To: the abbot and convent of Tintern Abbey, Ireland ('de voto') [County Wexford]

All their lands and manors which they hold in Ireland of the gift of Hervey de monte mauric', namely their lands of Kilmore ('Kylmor'), Kilturk ('Kenturc') and Bannow ('Banewe'), their rent ('redditus') and right ('ius') of 'Thamagre' and the lands belonging to the church of Kilcowan ('Kilcogan'), with the island of Bannow and the two islands of the Saltees ('Salteya') [all in County Wexford, Ireland]. Reserving to the bishop and chapter of Ferns the vill ('villa') and church of Fethard ('Fithered') [both in County Wexford, Ireland], which the priory granted to them. Also reserving the grant of the land of 'Thamagre' made by the priory to 'Dominus' Geoffrey de sancto Johanne, and income from all churches and chapels built on the lands and all other churches and chapels belonging to the priory in Ireland. For an annual payment of 10 marks, payable as specified in the monastery, or to the treasurers, of Bath Abbey ('Bathonia'). The abbey shall bear the churches' financial burdens and make provision for services in them, including provision of a chaplain to say the mass for the dead, especially for Hervey de monte mauric' and the other founders and benefactors of the priory, in the chapel of St Brendan at Bannow.
