The king has granted a moiety of the manor of Kilham ('Killum') [Yorkshire] to Rouen Cathedral in perpetual alms for the food ('victum') of the canons. The canons are to hold it as Henry [I], the king's ancestor, held it in demesne. Dated at Reading ('Radingas'). No date. [Date: 1155x1158?
