The site of the manor of Monks Eleigh and the water corn mill there. Reserving certain rights and dues, including timber rights and hunting rights. For a term of 31 years. For an annual payment of £16, payable as specified. Right of re-entry if payment in arrears. Conditions on repairs, husbandry, hospitality and other conditions. Robert, Stephen Hubbard and Christopher Raunson' have made a bond in £40 to observe the terms of the lease. If Stephen or Christopher dies, Robert is to find replacement bondsmen within 4 months of their deaths. Dean and chapter's part of indenture.
Given at the chapter house of Canterbury Cathedral.
