For an annual payment of £42, payable as specified. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Conditions on repairs, husbandry, hospitality and other conditions. Details of livery. The lessees have made a bond in £100 to observe the terms of the lease. Lessees' part of indenture.
