Many of the witnesses' names supplied from the registered version.] Stephen has granted the priory a piece of alder grove ('alnetum'), 10 perches long between the mill and the priory's well ('fons) and 12 feet wide. In exchange the priory has granted him a piece of pasture at 'Hobemed'', 7½ perches long and 28 feet wide, lying with Stephen's meadow to east.
