The whole of that messuage in the vill ('villa') of Well next Ickham and Littlebourne, which he had after the demise ('dimiscio') of John Peny. To Amabel for life and to Isabel, Matilda, Joan and Agnes for the life of the last to die. After the deaths of Amabel, Isabel, Matilda, Joan and Agnes the messuage shall revert to the heirs of John Peny. One part of the indenture shall remain with Amabel, Isabel, Matilda, Joan and Agnes and the other with the heirs of John Peny.
