Detailed valuation of the crops by John of Well [in Ickham], Robert of Bramling ('Bremling''), William Heyward, Amyas of Cherville ('Amisius de Cherlefeld'), Florence of Appleton ('Abindon'), Robert Ehelstan, John le Hare, Alfred ('Aluredus') le Hare, Robert le Hare and William the fuller ('fullo'), made at the request of both parties. Conditions on repairs. Also the priory's land of Gore ('Gare') and Ileden ('ildinge') [in Kingston], with crops as specified. For a term of 6 years.
