2 acres of his wood of Gore ('Gare') in the holding ('tenementum') of Ickham ('yecham') which he has both by purchase and of his patrimony ('patrimonium'), lying with his arable land to east and south, the land of Henry de Hoke of the holding ('tenementum') of ''Cnoldane' to west and the land of Adam de Bachemund of the same holding to north. He also gives the priory a piece of his land 8 feet wide on the east and south for enclosing the wood and a right of way across ('liber transitus ultra') his land with horses and carts between the wood and the king's highway on the east. For an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified. For this the priory has also paid 8 marks as a gersum fine.
