For annual payments of 6d to Richard de Burgham, payable as specified, and 3 peppercorns ('granum piperis') to Simon as a quit-rent ('forsigabulum') on the same holding ('tenementum'), both payable as specified. For this Roger has also paid 30s as a gersum fine. Dated 1257, no month.
