For an annual payment of 6d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury, payable for both the 6½ acres and for the moiety of 4 acres which the priory has of the gift of William Gratiani, which gift Laurence confirms. For this the priory has also paid 20 marks as a gersum fine.
