3 acres of land in 'Burgham' on the pasture called 'dune' of the holding ('tenementum') of John of Well [in Ickham] , lying with the land which Roger bought of Richard, John's brother, to north, the land which is of the holding of Nicholas de Burne to south, the land of Thomas le Deme to east and the land of the monks of Canterbury Cathedral Priory in 'Cnoldane' to west. For an annual payment of 4d, payable as specified on the same holding ('tenementum'). For this the priory has also paid 20s as a gersum fine.
