The priory confirms John and Roger's estate ('stat'') in 35 acres of land or pasture next to 'Goryswode'. For an annual payment of 5s 10d, payable as specified at the priory's manor of Ickham. It also leases John and Roger 9 acres of pasture next to 'myddelgore' for a term of 80 years. For an annual payment of 18d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. Right of distraint in these and John and Roger's other lands in the parishes of Ickham and Adisham if payment in arrears. Priory's part of indenture.
