For an annual payment of 1 quarter and 2 bushels of palm-barley ('ordeum palmal'') as specified, payable as specified in the priory's manor of Ickham. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. The grant is made to John and the heirs of his body. Priory's part of indenture.

Endorsed with description and note that the land is now held by Stephen at hale in mid 14th cent hands.
