Of an annual payment of 12d of his free rent ('liber redditus'), payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. Payable for 1 acre and his messuage both lying in Well ('Wellis' in abl) [in Ickham] of the holding ('tenementum') of Ickham ('Iecham'), opposite the house which was of Osbert of Well, lying with the messuage of Ralph, Simon's brother, to west and the land of the heirs of Simon de stona to east, and another acre lying in 2 parts upon the hill of Well. Made and recorded at the priory's capital ('capitalis') court at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid 8s as a gersum fine.
