Agreement concerning an exchange of lands in the holding ('tenementum') of Ickham. The priory shall have 20 acres and 20½ perches of land in the field of 'Teaghe', lying between the demsne of 'Cnoldane' and the king's highway which goes from 'Burnes' to Adisham, with 'Stokedune' to west and the land of Simon bole to east, of which 20 acres, it had 2 acres there before ('prius') by the charter of 'Dominus' Reginald de Cornhell'. John, Eustace, Walter, Herlewin, Angerus, Maurice, Thomas, Geoffrey de Woghilete, Simon and Eleanor will have their lands from the holding ('tenementum') which the priory bought of Reginald at 'Heghe', according to the portions which they had at 'Teaghe' as specified. Roger de stona will have his portion at 'uppehelle', namely ½ an acre according to Reginald's charter for 55 perches which he had in 'Teaghe. The priory remits 12d of an annual payment of 4s, which its treasurers bought of him, to Geoffrey Deme for 1 acre of land which he had in 'Teaghe'. The priory is not to lose any of the services or customs it used to receive as a result of this agreement but each of the tenants shall do what they used to do before for their lands. No date.
