The whole of their meadow of 'Northmed' in Ickham ('Hycham'), lying with the River Stour to west, the meadow of Roger palmere to east, Roger's marsh ('brocus') to south and the meadow of Seaton ('Seten') to north. They also quitclaim for the meadow. For an annual payment of 20d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid 10 marks 10s as a gersum fine.
