Hamo grants the priory 1 virgate of land lying in 'Cherchefelde' at Ickham, with the land of Walter of Seaton ('Seten') to south and north, the priory's land to east and the watercourse which runs towards 'Setenmelne' to west. For this the priory grants Hamo 1 virgate of land lying at Seaton ('Setene') in the holding of Ickham, with the priory's land to east and north, Hamo's land to south and the watercourse which leads to 'Dudemelne' to west.
