33 acres and 1 perch of land in Well [in Ickham] in the holding ('tenementum') of Ickham, of which 19½ acres lie 'Be sutheheye', with the land of Herlewin Le hoppere to west, the land of Stephen stumbel to east, the land of John of Well [in Ickham] to south and the king's highway to north, 9½ acres lie at 'Brodedole', with John's land to north and east, the land of ... (name omitted) de Brennesham to south, Herlewin's land to west and the land of Thomas de Schetting' (sic), 2 acres lie at 'Suthdann'' with John's land to east, Herlewin's land to west, the king's highway to north and Reginald's pasture of 'Cnoldan'' to south, 5 perches lie 'at hupperstok'' with Herlewin's land to west, east and south and the land of the heirs of Eylstan of Bramling ('Bremling'') to north, ½ an acre lies at 'Pinkeberge' with Herlewin's land to north, land of Simon Boles to south, the land of Eilfrid Rochel to east and the king's highway to west, and ½ an acre lies 'huphell'' with Simon's land to south and the land of John son of Susanna to north. For annual payments of 16½d to the heirs of Thomas of Woxeston, payable as specified, and 2d as a quit-rent ('forsgabulum ') to Reginald, payable as specified in priory's treasury. For this the priory has also paid 30 marks as a gersum fine. Made and recorded at the priory's capital ('capitalis') court at Canterbury. No date.
