Recites the lease of Halstow rectory, dated 26 Nov 1625, by the dean and chapter of Canterbury Cathedral to Richard Camden of London, gent, for the lives of Richard Dunning and Camden Dunning, sons of Richard Camden's sister Susan Dunning, and Richard Watson, son of William Watson of St Katherine Creechurch, London, merchant. Richard Camden has since died and Christopher Darrell now has the property. Camden Dunning has also died, but Richard Dunning and Richard Watson are still living. The lease included Chantry Croft, containing 4 acres, in Halstow, part of Halstow glebe, now occupied by Daniel Taylor and Edward Tomlyn. Christopher assigns Chantry Close to Thomas Barton in trust for John Lake for the lives of Richard Dunning and Richard Watson. For this John Lake has paid 10s. Assignees' part of indenture.
