Certain embankments ('fossata') around the house of monks of Canterbury Cathedral Priory at Halstow ('Halegestowe') which belonged to him before he became bishop should belong to the church of Halstow. His predecessors possessed the land on which the embankments and house are situated. No date. [Date: William's dates as bishop of Coventry.]
