5 rods of land called 'Breggelond' in Hadleigh, in a field called 'Slode', ½ acre lying with the messuage of Simon the dyer ('tinctor') to south, the messuage of Thomas le Bars to north, the messuage of Thomas Sugge to east and the land of William Child to west, 1 rood lying with the lands of Simon the dyer to east and west, the land of Roger de Kerkeby to south and the land of Thomas le Bars to north, 1½ roods lying with Augustine's lands to south, north and east and a path leading from a wood called 'Smalthorne' to Kersey to west, and ½ a rood lying at a place called 'Nyelesmed', with the land of Osbert of Aldham to east, the land of William Child to west, a lane called 'Enoweslane' to south and the river ('riparia') of Hadleigh to north. For an annual payment of 20d, payable at the priory's manor of Hadleigh.
