A messuage with a garden and 1 acre of land in Bougthon Monchelsea on ('super') the denn of 'Hallerbroke', which fell to the priory as an escheat after the death of John son of John Wylot alias Ealdynge ('alias dictus Ealdinge'), bastard, who died without an heir. For a term of 300 years for an annual payment of 2d, payable as specified at the priory's manor of Hollingbourne. Right of distraint if payhment in arrears. John is allowed the waste ('vastu' and 'strepton'') during the term. Given at Canterbury.
