Party: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory
Warren and Sabina grant the priory 2½ acres land in 'Snocherste' in exchange for 2 acres and one third of ½ an acre in the field next to the king's highway to 'eilnothintone' which the priory has granted them. Warren and Sabina shall hold the land of the priory in inheritance for the same service as they held the land in 'snocherste'. No date.
