Reserving to the archbishop the long stable and the little stable at the west gate with 3 bays at the west end of the new barn and the garner for the livery of his horses. For a term of 20 years. For an annual payment of £13 11s 8d, payable as specified. Conditions onrepairs, husbandry, hospitality and other conditions. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears.
