A watermill called 'Bolengieresmelle' with the millstones belonging to it, and 3 pieces of meadow in Hackington parish in the holding of Westgate, one parcel lying with the meadow of the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory to south, the River Stour ('Regiam Sturam') to west, the king's meadow to east and the mill to north, another lying with the land of the heirs of Simon Bartelot to west and north, the River Stour to south and the land of Simon's heirs and the River Stour to east, and the third piece lying with the land of Simon's heirs to west and the River Stour to east, south and north.
