For the whole of the inheritance in the holding ('tenementum') of Godmersham ('Godmaresham') which William son of Ralph de forde of Godmersham sold to her and Alfred her husband, as his charter bears witness. For this the priory has paid 6 marks as a gersum fine. Made and recorded at the prior's court. Dated the Thursday next after St Martin's day after the first arrival of John [de Brienne], king of Jerusalem in England.
