Also an annual payment of 8d, payable as specified by Stephen sparewe for land called 'LyuinesLand' lying in the said field and his messuage and a wood called 'sparewode'. Also an annual payment of 4d, payable as specified by the heirs of William Pykot for 2½ acres lying in 'sparewedene'. For an annual payment of a pear as a quit-rent ('forgabulum').
