4 acres , ½ rood and 3 dayworks of land and 3 roods of wood in Godmersham; 1½ acres and 1 rood of land lying at 'Penegate' with the land of Robert son of Alice of Bilting ('Beltinge') to east, Warren's land to west, the land of the heirs of Stephen de Middelfeld' to south and 'pendgatestrete' to north; 1 acre lying with Warren's land to east and the wood of 'Domnius' Simon de Gredle to west; ½ an acre in a field called 'Cuhamme', lying with the land of William atte Woghelete to west and the land of William and Stephen his brother to east; ½ an acre of land lying in the same field with the land of of John of Bilting ('Beltynge') to east and the land of Roger Gerkin to west; 1½ roods of land lying in the same field with the land of the heirs of John of Bilting ('Beltinge') to west and the land of Robert and Roger sons of Alice of Bilting ('Beltinge') to east; 3 dayworks of land lying in a field called 'le Frenshetone' with the land of 'Dominus' Simon de Gredle to north and the land of John atte Wode to south; 3 roods of wood lying with the wood of 'Dominus' Simon de Gredle to south and the wood of Willaim atte Woghelete and Stephen his brother to north. For an annual payment of 2 seams and 6 bushels of palm-barley ('ordeum palmal'') as specified, payable as specified in the priory's manor of Godmersham and an annual payment of 4.¾d, payable to Dominus Simon de Gredle as specified. Simon has the right to distrain for arrears of rent. Priory's part of indenture.
