Henry acknowledges the mill of Halton ('haltun'') is the right of the priory and has returned it to the priory and quitclaimed for it in the courts of Risborough ('Riseb'ge') and Halton ('Haltun'). For greater security Walter de Hamle, William de Duns, William de Clingtun', Henry de Wulveswik, Hugh of Risborough ('Riseb'') and Henry of Risborough ('Riseb'') have affixed their seals to the document at the request of Henry son of Hereward.
