The land of 'hicche' which Bernard de baillel gave the priory, lying at 'suthmer' in 'langelei' [in Halton]. For an annual payment of 3s, payable as specified to the priory's bailiff of Halton. Robert shall build on the tenement and stock it, so that the priory's payment will be secure, and bound himself to do this. No date. [Date: Osbern de Bristou's dates.]
