Description	From: Henry son of Hereward of Halton ('haltun'') To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory For 2 acres of land which the priory ought to give him for the surrender of the mill of Halton. For this the priory has paid him 15s. To ensure that the quitclaim is faithfully observed, he submits himself to the jurisdiction of the [rural] dean and rector of Halton, allowing them to punish him with ecclesiastical censure or, excommunicate him, if he troubles the priory with any secular charge in future. No date.
