4½ acres of land in a field called 'Sparewfeld' in the holding of Godmersham, lying with the land of the heirs of William Pykot to west, the wood called 'Templewode' to east, the land which was of Matilda daughter of Heldewyna sparewe to north and the priory's wood called Eggringe ('Eadgaringe') to south. For an annual payment of 2d, payable as specified. For this the priory has paid 22s from the money of for celebrating ('ad...faciend'') the anniversary of Mgr Robert of Ludlow ('Lodelowe'). No date.
