Description	From: Baldwin of Yallande ('Ealdelande') To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory ½ a virgate of wood in 'fynnesgrove' in Godmersham parish, lying with the land of John son of Stephen to north and the priory's wood to south, east and west. For a term of 25 years from 25 Dec 1297. The priory is allowed to hold the wood beyond the term until they have made satisfaction for any damages or expenses ('dampna et exspensae'). For this the priory has paid 5s. No date. [Date: term date.] Endorsed with description and note of registration in late 13th cent hands.
