A tenement in Godmersham which he held of Hugh de Holeford, of which Pagan le tailur holds 1 acre and ½ a virgate of land for a payment of 12d and 1 hen, James the smith ('faber') holds ½ an acre for 8d and 1 hen, Roger Daneis holds ½ an acre for 7d and 1 hen, Michael, Ralph and Bartholomew, sons of Robert Walewere, hold 1 acre for 18d and 2 hens, and there are 5 acres and ½ a virgate of land in demesne. For an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid 10 marks as a gersum fine. Made and recorded at Godmersham court.
