8 acres of wood in the vill ('villa') of Godmersham, lying with the priory's wood called 'Coleswode' to west, Henry's wood to north and the wood of Laurence Chanterel, which Henry sold to him, to south. For this the priory has received him and his heirs into the prayers and benefits ('beneficia') of its church.
