Payable as specified in the priory's treasury with another 12d in which he is bound to the prior for his said tenement. For this the priory has also paid 8s by the hands of its treasurers as a gersum fine. Document ends with 'Hiis testibus', but no witnesses are listed. Dated 1261, no month.
