46 acres of land at Greenway ('Greneweye') next Harmansole ('hermodesole') [in Lower Hardres], which they had of the gift of Gilbert hanyn, lying with the land of John Le Kat to east, the way called Stone Street ('Stonestrete') to west, the land of Lambin Le voreward to south and the way called 'meleweye' to north. For an annual payment of 24s fee farm, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury.
The priory will defend the land against the nuns of St Sepulchre's, Canterbury, for 15s 6d. Right of distraint if payment in arrears. Priory's part of indenture. No date. [Date: Henry of Eastry's dates and possible date when the document was registered.]
