The rectory of Challock. For 7 years. For an annual payment of £15 6s 8d, payable as specified. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Andrew is to carry all coal ('carbo') and timber to Canterbury with his own vehicle ('cariagium') and to receive the customary allowances. Condition on repairs. Andrew and William bind themselves to the priory in the sum of £20 to secure the payment of the farm. Priory's part of indenture.
