The archbishop, with the king's licence, grants the priory the advowson of Godmersham, in exhange for the advowsons of the churches of SS Vedast and Amand [St Vedast Foster Lane?] and St Michael Crooked Lane ('la Crokedlane') in the City of London. Reserving to the archbishop the right to collate to the vicarage of Godmersham and reserving to the priory two annual pensions from the churches of SS Vedast and Amand and St Michael.
