Daniel's part of the piece of land ('pechia') called 'pendekere' in the vill ('villa') of Godmersham, lying with the land of the convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory called 'Bedintehe' to west, the bank of of the River Stour ('Ripam Sture') to east, the land of Thomas son of William to north and the land which was of Eilnoth ('Eilnodus') de forda to south. For an annual payment of 3d, payable as specified. For this Stephen has also paid 15s as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Godmersham charters.]
