Payable as specified for land called 'Nethere hauwette' and land called 'Heauwette' in the holding ('tenementum') of Godmersham. For an annual payment of 1 clove ('clavus gariofilii'), payable as specified. For this Alexander has also paid 5s as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Godmersham charters.]
