An annual payment of 2s free rent, payable as specified for a moiety of a tenement in Godmersham which fell to him after the death John the chaplain, his brother, and a house and curtilage which he bought of William Ansgodi of 'Herste'. William of Essex, Henry's brother, binds the tenement in the vill ('villa') of Godmersham which fell to him after John's death, to be distrained for the payment if necessary. Payable as specified in the priory's treasury. For this the priory has also paid 15s as a gersum fine. Dated 40HenIII, no month.
