½ an acre and ½ a virgate of land, lying in a field called 'dereston'' in the holding of Godmersham, with the land of the heirs of Richard the mason ('cimentarius') to east, John's land to west, the land of the heirs of Simon de mosewelle to north and a way which leads from Ralph le Hod to Lavinia mansipes to south. For an annual payment of 3½d, payable as specified. For this Alexander has also paid 2½ marks as a gersum fine. Dated Nov 4EdwI.
