Payable as specified for a garden lying with Hamo Reading's garden to north on the River Stour, 1 acre of land in the field called 'sybililonde', 2 acres and ½ virgate of land in 'Northdane', 3 virgates of land in 'Brodefeld'', 1 acre of land in eight-acre field? ('campus octo acraraum') next to the land of 'Crawele', ½ acre of wood in 'impetunesgrave' and ½ acre of land in 'Northdane'. For this the priory has also paid 24s as a gersum fine. Payable as specified in the priory's treasury. Dated 40HenIII, no month.
